William Price is a Member at Clark Hill PLC and a member of the firm’s Banking & Finance Practice Group. Mr. Price focuses his practice on representing secured lenders in workouts, various parties in insolvency matters and general counsel to private equity funds in the distressed marketplace.
Mr. Price previously served as Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association's (ACBA) Bankruptcy & Commercial Law Section Council. He was selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers – Rising Stars Editions in each year since 2010. Martindale-Hubbell has given Mr. Price an "AV Preeminent" Peer Review Rating.
Mr. Price is an active member of Western Pennsylvania's non-profit and philanthropic communities, where he serves as a volunteer and Board member on behalf of multiple organizations. Most recently, the Allegheny County Executive and Council appointed Mr. Price to serve as a Commissioner on the Allegheny County Human Relations Commission.
