Steve Paschall is a partner in the Pittsburgh law firm, Lovett Bookman Harmon Marks, LLP, where he works in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and elder law. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors of The River Project (NYC), the Board of Directors of the Association for Evolutionary Economics and on the Board of Visitors for the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work. He has served on the Board of Directors of the East Liberty Family Health Care Center, the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Organization for Women in Early Recovery and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Elder Law Task Force. He holds a JD from Duquesne University School of Law (1992), MSW from the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work (1974), MS (Econ) from Oklahoma State University (1972) and BA (Econ) from Oklahoma City University (1970). He is co-author with Glen Atkinson of Law and Economics from an Evolutionary Perspective, Edward Elgar Publishing, Inc., 2016.
