Jessica Lynch is an attorney, mediator/arbitrator, and professor of human resources management and conflict resolution. Jessica previously served as Chief Counsel-Human Resources for Arconic (formerly Alcoa Inc.) after litigating disputes in private practice for several years. She now has her own ADR practice serving private clients as well as the Allegheny County courts, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and JustMediationPittsburgh. In addition to being current President of Executive Women's Council of Greater Pittsburgh, she is on the Board of Directors for Mediation Council of Western Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania Council of Mediators, and also is a member of Greater Pittsburgh Business & Professional Women, Junior League of Pittsburgh, League of Women Voters, and Allegheny County Bar Association Women in the Law Division. Jessica is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, and the William & Mary School of Law.
