Jaclyn E. Faulds

Jaclyn Faulds is a director in the corporate group of Houston Harbaugh, P.C. and the President of Forum Contracting & Supply, Inc.

Jaclyn concentrates her law practice on complex commercial transactions, general corporate law, and securities regulation. She represents clients in diverse sectors, including construction, manufacturing, recycling, specialty glass design, technology and robotics, medical device development, cancer research, and real estate development. Jaclyn also specializes in helping her clients become third-party certified as owned by women, minorities, individuals with disabilities, members of the LGBTQ community, and service-disabled veterans.

Jaclyn founded Forum Contracting & Supply, Inc., a wholesale building material supplier, contractor, and equipment rental provider in 2024. Before obtaining her law degree, Jaclyn was a ceramic artist and therapist with children with developmental disabilities.

Jaclyn has been listed as One to Watch in Best Lawyers of America and as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2019 and is listed in the City and State Law Power 100. She served as the Treasurer of the University of Pittsburgh Law Alumni Association (UPLAA) from 2021-2023 and is the UPLAA Chair of the Law School Outreach Committee. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Pittsburgh Alumni Association as Pitt Law’s representative and is a Trustee for LaRoche University. In addition to her involvement with the Women in the Law Division of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Jaclyn is the current Co-President of the Women’s Bar Association of Western Pennsylvania.
