Aaron J. Walayat is an Associate Attorney at Tucker Arensberg, P.C. where he works in the firm’s Insolvency and Creditor’s Rights Group. Aaron was previously a judicial law clerk for the Hon. William S. Stickman IV of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania from 2019 to 2020. Aaron earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Washington & Jefferson College in 2016. He earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2019. While at Emory, he was assistant managing editor for special content for the Journal of Law and Religion.
Aaron’s papers on legal and philosophical topics have appeared in a number of publications, including the Australian International Law Journal, the Pace Law Review, and the Journal of Chinese Humanities. He is also an adjunct faculty member at Washington & Jefferson College.
