Where is the July exam administered?: 
The exam is administered at Widener University of School of Law.
Is it possible to take the written portions of the exam on a laptop computer?: 

Yes. All applicants who seek to take the exam on a laptop will be able to do so. There is a fee of $100.  Sign ups end at midnight on June 1.  No late sign ups granted.

How is the exam scored?: 

The written portions (essays, 40%, and performance tests, 20%, combined) are weighted at 60% of the overall score. The MBE is weighted at 40%.


What was the first-time taker pass rate for the most recent July bar exam? : 

2012: 69%; 2011: 73.25%

What was the overall pass rate for all takers of the most recent July bar exam?: 

2012: 63%; 2011: 66.80%


Can MBE scores be transferred from other jurisdictions?:
