Christian is an intellectual property attorney with a background in software and web development. Christian’s practice includes patent, copyright, and trademark matters, including prosecution, litigation, and consultation.
In particular, Christian has experience working with legal issues relating to software, networks, and other technologies including encryption, video and image processing, mobile applications, network security, e-commerce, virtualization, video games, casino games, graphical user interfaces, and various electrical and mechanical devices.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Christian was a software and web developer, focusing on e-commerce and interactive media. While in law school, Christian participated in national copyright law moot court competitions and served as a staff writer and editor for Jurist. Christian graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
