Mr. Roeschenthaler focuses his practice on insolvency law and financial restructuring, including bankruptcy, corporate turnarounds and distressed asset transactions. He has a wide range of experience in the representation of corporate debtors, court-appointed committees, asset acquirers, creditors and other stakeholders in bankruptcy courts throughout the United States.
The breadth of his experience reaches across a variety of industry sectors including manufacturing and distribution, retail, mining, commercial real estate, automotive, food and beverage, metals and construction. He also has a significant amount of experience in commercial litigation, real estate development, commercial transactions and employment law.
