Cynthia Yializis

Adjunct Professor of Law

Cynthia Yializis is the Assistant Director of the Center for International Legal Education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  She received her B.S. at the University of Arizona in 2001 and received her J.D. at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2006.  Cynthia completed the International Law Certificate program at Pitt Law, and interned abroad at Irish Refugee Legal Services as a law student in 2004. After completing her studies, Cynthia worked as an immigration associate attorney at Fox Rothschild in Pittsburgh for three years. She subsequently engaged in solo practice before joining the University of Pittsburgh as an Immigration Specialist in the Office of International Services in 2011. Cynthia continues to serve as a pro bono attorney for the Catholic Legal Immigration Network (CLINIC) and contribute immigration-related articles to the legal publisher NOLO.
