2004-Present   University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Assistant Counsel (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) Provide strategic and legal support to UPMC Physician Services Division, Center for Fertility, and UPMC hospitals and affiliates (including fraud and abuse analysis, employment law, patient services, e-record and medical staff issues). Proactively address patient safety and regulatory compliance issues. Defend physicians before medical board. Policy review.
