During the initial registration appointments period, enrollment is limited to Civil Litigation Certificate students who have signed up and received permission from the Certificate Director during the certificate program’s priority registration period. During open enrollment, permission numbers may be obtained via email by any student from the Registrar.

Additional Information: 

Each student will be responsible for periodic written assignments, which may include case outlines, motions in limine or outlines of direct and/or cross-examination of the witness(es) for vignettes(s). Each student will also be responsible for preparing to offer timely and well-stated objections to the evidence sought to be introduced. Students will be required to understand the rationale for both the introduction of evidence and the objections thereto.

Grading will be based on the written assignments, class preparation, and class participation.
