Professor Ronald Brand Pens Tribune-Review Editorial On Recent Political Climate: "We Deal In Hope"

Professor Ron Brand, Director of the Center for International Legal Education, has penned an editorial for the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review on the recent political climate and the incitation of xenophobia.

"I find hope both in the process of education and in the students with whom I am privileged to work," Brand writes. "I have been fortunate to work at the Center for International Legal Education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where we bring lawyers from around the world to Pittsburgh for an American legal education and send American students abroad to experience different cultures and legal systems."

Professor Brand was the driving force behind the creation of the University of Pittsburgh's Center for International Legal Education (CILE) and its Master of Laws Program for Foreign Law Graduates.
