Marketich and Hunt Win Pitt Law's Second Annual Negotiation Competition

Congratulations to Pitt Law students Nathan Marketich and Braden Hunt who took first place in the Second Annual Negotiation Competition at Pitt Law. In this competition, students compete in teams of two and are scored on their ability to cooperate with their partner, demeanor towards their opponents, strategy and preparation, general negotiating skills, and ethical conduct.

The competition problem was created by Brandon Lester, an associate attorney at Jones Day, and centered on the employment relationship between a restaurant owner and his executive chef.
