Pitt Law Alumna Michelle R. Yarbrough Korb Joins Pepper Hamilton LLP As Special Counsel

Michelle R. Yarbrough Korb (’02) joined Pepper Hamilton LLP as special counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group, residing in the Pittsburgh office. According to a Pepper Hamilton news announcement, Ms. Yarbrough Korb’s practice is focused in the affordable housing industry with an emphasis on mixed-finance project development, including the utilization of low-income housing tax credits, federal programs including the Capital Fund Financing Program, and programs offered by individual states as well as the Federal Home Loan Banks.

Yarbrough Korb graduated from Pitt Law magna cum laude in 2002. Her recent publications and speaking engagements include:
