Pitt Law Student James Craig Appointed to Executive Board for the Law School Democrats of America
3L Pitt Law Student James Craig has been appointed to the Executive Board for the Law School Democrats of America, also known as the National Democratic Law Students Council (NDLSC). The NDLSC is a national organization consisting of more than 85 chapters and is a part of the Democratic National Committee, similar to the College Democrats of America.
The Executive Board of the organization sets and implements the political agenda of the Democratic party for chapters regarding law student interests and leverages the skills of law students to do valuable work in the community.
According to the NDLSC website, this work includes voter protection, legal and policy research for Democratic campaigns, and raising awareness of important legal and political issues facing law students and Democratic politics.
