Rhonda Wasserman on E-Discovery of Facebook Page Contents

Professor Rhonda Wasserman was quoted in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette on July 16, 2011, in an article about the use of the discovery process in civil litigation to gain access to a litigant’s Facebook page.  According to Professor Wasserman, "I've seen divorce cases where the parties have sought access to one another's Facebook accounts in an effort to find information that would reflect upon a parent's ability to serve as a [custodial parent]."
