Publish Date/Time:
April 25, 2013

Professor Mary Crossley has published "Some Things Are Better Left Unsaid: The Argument the Solicitor General Didn't Make in NFIB v. Sebelius," a short review of a new scholarly article in the field of health law, at the online journal JOTWELL.

JOTWELL is the acronym for "Journal of Things We Like (Lots)."  It features commentary on recent and emerging legal scholarship in several subject areas, with each review produced by an invited legal scholar.

Professor Crossley's review discusses a new paper by Professor Abigail Moncrieff of Boston University School of Law,  titled  "When the Tenth Justice Doesn't Bark: The Unspoken Freedom of Health Holding in NFIB v. Sebelius."  Professor Crossley's review is here.  Professor Moncrieff's paper is here.
