Professor Rhonda Wasserman spoke at a symposium on “The Future of Class Actions and Its Alternatives” at Loyola University Chicago School of Law on Friday, April 13, 2012.  The title of her talk was “Legal Process in a Box, or What Class Action Waivers Teach Us About Law-making.”    Other speakers included Kenneth Feinberg, Esq., who served as Special Master of the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund; the Honorable Vaughn R. Walker; Dean Robert Klonoff; the Honorable Brian Martinotti; Prof. Alexandra Lahav; Dr. Saby Ghoshray; Prof. Sam Issacharoff; Prof. Lynn Baker; Prof. Nancy Moore; and Prof. Carol Needham.
