John Burkoff on Why Allegheny County Was Not Wrong to Settle Strip Search Case

Professor John Burkoff commented on why, in light of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision allowing routine strip searches of incarcerated persons charged with even the most minor crimes, Allegheny County was still correct recently when it settled a lawsuit over strip searches conducted at the County Jail.
