John Burkoff on Seizure of Documents from Police Headquarters by FBI
Professor John Burkoff commented on the seizure of documents from Pittsburgh's police headquarters by the FBI. A federal grand jury has been investigating possible financial improprieties involving the contracting process for police computers. Professor Burkoff said that regardless of reports about the investigation, there is no way to know what was seized or why at this point. “We know at least that federal prosecutors, through the grand jury, are suspicious there's some wrongdoing, but we don't know what it is,”
