Religious Freedom and the Constitution: From the Founding Through Hobby Lobby

The panel discussion will  provide an overview of Supreme Court jurisprudence as it affects religious exercise, give historical context and understanding of what a secular space is relative to religious exercise, and offer some postulation about the way religious exercise is likely to move forward now that Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc.has been decided, in particular how it might or might not impact the exercise of other important rights within American society.
