Mindful Lawyering Initiative Meeting
The Mindful Lawyering Initiative, a student organization promoting meditation and mindful relaxation, meets every Thursday at 12:30 in Room 120 (near the back doors of the law school). The friendly, informal sessions last about 30 minutes and are intended to clear the mind and reduce stress. No meditation experience is necessary. Some weeks, we use a guided meditation. Others, we just breathe and relax. Sometimes we even have hot tea. Please join us.
