CILE Discussion: Rule of Law Around the World Part I

 

A group of this year’s LL.M. students will discuss past struggles and future challenges related to the rule of law in their home countries. Students include: Tariq Aljarba (Saudi Arabia; Family Law in Saudi Arabia), Mo’ien Odeh (Palestine; The legal status of residents in East Jerusalem), Ibrahim Fares (Palestine; An overview of the Palestine legal system), and Mahmoud Elsaman (Egypt; The new Egyptian Constitution).
