Start Smart Panel Discussion at CMU, Worst Legal Mistakes Made By Startups
Please join the Innovation Practice Institute of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law for the last Start Smart program of the Fall 2012 semester. The program "Worst Legal Mistakes Made by Startups" will be held Nov. 13 at 5:30 p.m. at Carnegie Mellon University, Gates/Hillman Complex, Room 6115. This event is open and free to all entrepreneurs and startups. A panel of lawyers will share their clients' worst mistakes, not mentioning any names, of course. David J. Lehman, Partner, K&L Gates will moderate three panelists: Rachel Lorey Allen, General Counsel of ALung Technologies; David J. Kalson, Director of Cohen & Grigsby; and John C. Rodney, Partner at Thorp Reed & Armstrong.
