A discussion of the Supreme Court's recent "Children's Fast Track" amendments to the Rules of Appellate Procedure will be discussed. Judge Lally-Green is the Chair of the Appellate Procedural Rules Committee of the Supreme Court. Also she co-chaired, along with Frederick N. Frank, Esq., the committee that drafted the proposed amendments.
Attorneys who are PBA members from Zone 10, Allegheny, Clarion, Venango, and Jefferson Counties who submit their PBA Bar ID number are eligible for the reduced rate.

Cost for CLE Credit: $35 for PBA members/$45 for non-members per session including lunch. Checks made payable to BCBA.
