Earning Academic Credit

Students are eligible to receive academic credit for participating in most* moot court competitions, intramural or interscholastic, as long as a faculty member oversees the work and certifies it as worthy of credit. However, all credits earned for participating in a moot court competition are classified as credits for activities. Students may count only four credits for activities toward their graduation requirements. (Also classified as credits for activities are credits for service on a journal and credits for service on the Moot Court Board.)

*The Negotiations Competition does not currently qualify for credits.
