Description

This class is intended for students who are currently or have already completed a basic course in patent law, or who have equivalent experience in patent law and the instructor's approval. Students will have an opportunity to explore a number of important and timely topics not covered, or not covered in depth, in the basic Patent Law course. These topics will be introduced through a variety of approaches including lectures, classroom discussion of assigned cases and law review articles, and occasional guest lectures. The course also involves opportunities for research and writing on cutting-edge patent law issues.
